We were tasked with the creation of a ground floor and Mezzanine office to the rear of the warehouse, we also had to erect a set of stairs, so the mezzanine floor can be accessed. Once this was built, we then had to install all the first and second phase energy efficient electrics, lighting, mechanic heating and plumbing & the data cabling to a new server cabinet.

The final stage was to install a smart kitchen and then to decorate throughout.

The works were carried out in the first quarter of 2018.
