GC Ltd - Our Story

After many years of working with other businesses that used their own model of delivering work. Three engineers formed GC together to “build a better” and more professional business within the commercial maintenance marketplace.

Our History

GC was formed by 3 directors that wanted to deliver a better and more rounded offering and build a team that could deliver the work that they believed would deliver a better outcome for their clients.

2014

Foundation

The company was formed to offer a personal service to commercial clients and to deliver jobs on time and on budget.

2018

Expansion into Full MEBF (Mechanical Electrical Building fabric)

To suit the growing needs of our customers. We then moved to a purpose-built office and warehouse unit and began working for our landlord as well as other clients.

Notable Projects

We delivered roll outs and turnkey projects for national clients around the UK.

Future Focus

Our plan is to grow the business and self-deliver more work for our existing client base and open new opportunities to provide our services to new clients.

2024

Relocation

We moved into our new, much bigger and better cited head office and warehouse and set about making it an energy efficient place to work and grow into.

Staff Growth

We recruited a Commercial Finance Manager, trained and qualified engineers to support our existing team of office staff and site-based operatives.
