Located in a courtyard in the middle of an in accessible cluster of care in the community mental health hospitals, Endeavour Court is (a secure mental health Court). They needed a new accessible and useable outdoor space.

We had to create a usable calm space for staff and patients, that would be usable all year round. The courtyard (350 M2) was only accessible through the existing ward. We had to strip back all Grass & topsoil and had to excavate a further 150mm, with all waste removed and materials brought in through a protected route, within the ward, we installed the new designed resign tarmac paths with large sections of fire resistance astro turf & a new concrete base for an outdoor table tennis.
We also renewed all courtyard lighting to energy efficient fittings & main good all rendered panels and painted in a vibrant colour scheme as requested by the trust.
We also installed a (40M2) sun canopy so residents can sit outside and be shaded.
The works were completed in May to July 2024, on time and within budget.
